bg999's Commitment to Responsible Gaming
Enjoy entertainment within your limits — bg999 ensures deposit limits, self-exclusion, and 24/7 support for your protection.
What Is Responsible Gaming and Why Does It Matter?
Playing online betting and casino games is a form of entertainment — but it can turn into an addiction if not played mindfully. bg999 believes that every player's mental and financial well-being receives the highest priority.
Responsible gaming means more than just setting your own budget — it includes making good use of your time, understanding loss limits, and staying aware of your mental state. On our platform, you can review your gaming behaviour at any time and use the necessary safety tools.
- Gaming is for entertainment, not as a source of income
- Do not place more bets in an attempt to recover lost money
- Do not play beyond your set budget
- Prioritise time with loved ones and family responsibilities
- Seek help promptly if you feel you have a problem
Warning Signs
If any of the following signs appear, take a break immediately and seek support:
Exceeding your budget
Feeling the urge to deposit more than your set amount.
Unable to forget losses
Repeatedly returning to play in order to recover lost money.
Impact on daily life
Negative effects on work, study, or family relationships.
Playing in secret
A tendency to hide your gaming activity from family or friends.
bg999's Safety Tools
Our platform provides a number of effective tools to help you stay in control of your own gaming.
Set Deposit Limits
Set your own maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. A waiting period applies if you wish to increase a limit.
Time Limits & Reminders
Track how much time you spend in each session. You will receive automatic reminders after a set time, and you can also set session limits.
Temporary Break (Time-Out)
Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days. During this period, logging in or making deposits will not be possible.
Self-Exclusion
Apply for long-term self-exclusion — for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Once this feature is activated, your account will remain completely inactive.
Activity Review
View your deposit, withdrawal, and betting history at any time. Analyse your gaming patterns and take action if you notice anything unusual.
Support & Guidance
For any issue, contact bg999 via 24/7 live chat or email. Our team is ready to assist in both Bengali and English.
Deposit Limits & Budget Planning
The minimum deposit at bg999 is just ৳200, so playing on a small budget is possible. However, setting a budget limit is the wisest course of action. By using the deposit limit feature, you will not be able to deposit more than intended.
Follow a few simple rules for financial planning: set aside a fixed amount each month for entertainment and never deposit beyond that. Remember, both wins and losses are normal in betting — move away from the mindset that lost money can always be "won back".
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 (all methods)
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
- bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer supported
- Withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour
Daily Limit
Decide how much you will deposit each day. Once the daily limit is reached, no further deposits can be made until the next day. This protects against impulsive, spur-of-the-moment decisions.
Weekly Limit
Set an upper limit on your total deposits over seven days. This is especially useful for preventing a tendency to play more when you have extra time on weekends.
Monthly Limit
The most effective way to stay within your monthly entertainment budget is to set a monthly deposit limit. Once the limit is reached, deposits are blocked until the next calendar month begins.
