Bonuses & Offers
When you open an account at bg999 for the first time and make your first deposit, the welcome bonus is automatically added to your account. The bonus amount is 100% of your deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. No separate code is required.
A wagering requirement is the total bet amount you must complete before you can withdraw bonus winnings. At bg999, this requirement is 10x — but it is calculated on the bonus amount only, not combined with the deposit. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must complete a total of ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 in bets. After that, winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
Slot games generally count 100% toward wagering. Live casino games and sports bets may also count in applicable cases, but the contribution rate can vary by game. For specific details, contact the bg999 support team via live chat — they are available 24/7 to assist in Bengali.
Yes, a bonus can generally be cancelled before wagering is completed. However, if you cancel a bonus, any winnings earned from that bonus will also be removed. Think carefully before cancelling and contact support if you have any doubts.
The maximum limit for the bg999 welcome bonus is ৳10,000. This means that even if you deposit ৳22,000 or more, the bonus will still be a maximum of ৳10,000 and your total balance will be ৳32,000. No matter how large the deposit, the bonus will not exceed this limit.
Cricket & Sports Betting
Yes, you can bet on Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and various other international cricket events at bg999. Go to the cricket page to browse available matches and markets, then place your bet on the event of your choice.
Among the popular cricket markets at bg999 are Match Winner (which team will win), Toss Winner, Total Runs Over/Under, Runs at First Wicket Fall, Top Run Scorer, and Total Sixes in an innings. For example, in a Bangladesh vs India match you can place a bet on any one or more of these markets.
Reading decimal odds is straightforward. Multiply the odds figure by your bet amount to get the total return. For example, if the odds are 2.50 and your bet is ৳1,000, you will receive ৳2,500 if you win (this includes your original ৳1,000 stake). The higher the odds, the greater the potential reward but the lower the relative chance of winning.
Yes, bg999 offers the option to place multi bets or accumulator bets. When you add multiple selections together, the odds for each are multiplied with one another, which can significantly increase the potential winnings. However, if any single selection is wrong, the entire bet is lost.
With in-play betting, you can place bets in real time even after a match has started. The odds change as the match situation evolves. For example, if a team suddenly loses a wicket, the odds are quickly adjusted. You can go to the live section at bg999 to view ongoing events and place your bets.
VIP Benefits
The bg999 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier — Bronze offers up to 0.4%, Silver up to 0.8%, and Gold up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
Cashback is calculated each week based on your total betting activity and credited to your account on a set day. The rate is determined by your current tier — up to 0.4% for Bronze, 0.8% for Silver, and 1.2% for Gold. Cashback is added directly to your balance with no separate steps required.
You are automatically promoted to a higher tier through regular play and betting activity. The more active you are, the faster you will move from Bronze to Silver and from Silver to Gold. bg999 will notify you when your tier changes, and the new benefits will be activated immediately.
In addition to cashback, VIP members may receive priority withdrawal processing, exclusive promotional offers, and access to special events. The higher the tier, the greater the benefits. Gold members enjoy additional perks including dedicated support.
No, no separate registration is needed. Once you open an account at bg999 and start playing, you automatically become part of the VIP program. As your activity increases, your tier advances and the benefits unlock on their own.
